The location in a very nice area was nice and perfect and there were the main shopping center and gift stores nearby. All the staff was genuinely helpful and delightfully helpful, fixed my issues...

Outstanding food, overall wonderful relaxing place.

Everything was amazing, including responsible staff and absolutely perfect location close to the beach. Location right by a private island, all the restaurants and the staff, and the tourist places. Excellent quality and beautifully maintained rooms with breakfast included! Plenty of supplies in the room: a kettle and a chair. Early check in and in general outstanding service. The pool area was very clean too.

Greatly enjoyed spending my time in this spotless family-friendly hotel. I had queen room that also was complete with many additional complimentary things as well as lovely balcony. Well-trained staff like a manager -e, the breakfast was generous. The location was perfect and incredible as for me, so close to the restaurant and service, airport and taxis and the center. The à la carte restaurant food was good.

Inconsistent service, issues with room allocation and small item requests not being fulfilled promptly. Garbage and litter issue on the island that management should address.

We were very impressed with the staff service and their pleasant manner - always had a smile and nothing was too much trouble. Setting in tropical gardens was a delight with plenty of space.

Sonaisali Resort was quite a way from anything but perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday.

The rooms were high standard and generous sized, equipped with a storage, a kettle and a chair. The beds were nice, the bathroom was spacious as expected.

Massages on the beach and friendly staff.

Food was a little overpriced and as it's far from city can be difficult to get other food.

Quick check-in, late check-out. New-fashioned rooms and free and amazing breakfast available. All in all great and peaceful setting just off the sea and the fantastic sunset.

As for me, rooms were high-class and brand-new with all amenities, they offered wake-up service. The location was excellent and beautiful, adjacent to a pub and Vulcani restaurant.

The venue was in a central location short walk to other attractions, and the retail stores. They were happy to help with kids. I was given a reasonably large and functional room with robes, well appointed bathroom, lovely balcony.
